These terms apply when you use kibblekin.com or buy from us. "We" means Kibblekin. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Using the site

  • You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • Use the site for lawful purposes only.

2. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund what you paid.
  • Items are made to order by our print partners after you order.

3. Prices and errors

  • Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any taxes show at checkout.
  • We try to keep prices, descriptions and images accurate. Mistakes happen. If we find one, we may correct it and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
  • Product images show the design. Printed colors and placement can vary slightly.

  • Payments are processed at checkout through Shopify. We don't store your full card details.

  • The designs, text, logos and images on this site belong to Kibblekin or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, resell or reuse them without written permission.
  • Buying a product doesn't give you rights to the design.

7. Things you can't do

  • Break the law or anyone's rights.
  • Hack, overload, scrape or disrupt the site.
  • Place fraudulent orders or use someone else's payment details.
  • Buy products to resell under the Kibblekin name.

8. Disclaimer

  • The site and products are provided "as is," to the extent the law allows.
  • Our products are gifts and accessories, not safety equipment. Supervise your dog with them. Remove anything your dog chews up.

9. Limitation of liability

  • To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product involved.
  • Some places don't allow these limits. If so, they apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

10. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

11. Changes

  • We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders follow the terms in effect when you placed them.
