Short version: $5.99 per product. US only. Each product ships on its own.
Where we ship
- United States only, for now.
Cost
- $5.99 flat per product.
- Each product ships separately. Two products = two packages = two $5.99 charges.
- Items are printed and shipped by different print partners, so an order with a bandana and a mat arrives in separate packages, possibly on different days, each with its own tracking.
- Your total shipping shows at checkout before you pay.
Timing
- Processing: about 5 business days to print and ship out. Your item is printed after you order.
- Transit: typically 2-5 business days after it ships. It can run longer in busy periods. No delivery guarantee.
- Items ship separately, so they may arrive on different days.
- If a print partner is temporarily out of stock, we may hold your order until it's back. We'll email you if that happens.
Holiday orders
- Order by December 10 for the best chance of arriving by December 24. It's a target, not a guarantee.
Tracking
- We email tracking for each package when it's available.
Changes and address problems
- Check your address at checkout. We ship to what you enter.
- Need a change? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Orders can only be changed before they go into production, usually within about a day. After that, we'll ask, but we can't promise.
- We can't change the destination country.
- If a package comes back because of an address error, we'll work with you to reship. You may need to pay the shipping again.
Lost or late packages
- Tracking stuck, or says delivered but it's not there? Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We'll check with the carrier and our print partner. If it's truly lost, we'll replace it or refund it.
